Refund
A casino wearing a builder’s name
Someone deployed a Base token using Sovra’s name and collected money from people who thought they were supporting the project. Gajesh: “we didn’t know. we didn’t consent. and we sure as hell aren’t keeping it.” An emergency upgrade refunded every fee-payer. He said it was the third time that month he had watched the pattern hit a legitimate builder.
Only named unwind so far. Proves the family is not Solana-only. The post is also a mechanism essay: tokens share a name with a product and nothing else, then the builder inherits the bagholders.
On the watch queue. Still a log entry — the binder does not prune.
Reported take: $17k traced and returned across 545 wallets (self-report)
