Completeness bar
Is the map actually done?
A thread can live on Yegge plus Levine. A research system cannot. This is the package a later round should be able to stand on.
- 01
Working definition
One sentence a later round can live with, plus what the play is not.
- 02
Mechanism
A trade happens. A percent peels off. It sits in a PDA, an escrow, or an MFT vault. A claim is a visible blessing. Snipers watch the instruction.
- 03
Named people
Marks, bagworkers, holders who got DMs. Names, dates, what they did next. Log them even if they never lead a summary.
- 04
One reconstructed coin
Supply, deployer buys, claim timestamp, 5-minute candle, residual holders. Bubblemaps or equivalent.
- 05
The steelman
Yegge’s line: exhaust from speculation funds makers. Keep it in the map. Then the dump.
- 06
Platforms
Pump, Bags, GitHub, migrate.fun, Socialify. Maybe SEC/CFTC posture. A power map, not a takedown.
- 07
Variations map
The map should show that Bags is one rail. Charity, impersonation, refusal, stay-and-migrate, migrate.fun CTOs, Socialify escrow-reclaim, and Bankr are not sequels to Yegge — they are the system. Spark is a killed rail in the log.
- 08
Sensors log
A week of Medium-guide URL pastes and a week of first-time GitHub claims. Without those tables, “industrial” is still an adjective.
- 09
The log is exhaustive
Watch five if you must. Log every named mark, every mint, every refusal. A case that never leads a summary still feeds the variation map. Many is good.
- 10
Archives
Every URL in archive.ph the day you cite it. Memecoins and Medium posts evaporate.

What we will not treat as fact yet
Spoof-claim as fact. Bags $31M. “90% of bag tokens.” Hit-rate numbers we have not sampled. “AI agents claimed $L&M.” Sovra $17k until the tx is checked. Catcoin remaining 69.4% as treasury before mig221 closes.
