Claim Desk

A research system for the memecoin fee-claim family — and a machine for the next round.

Taxonomy as engine

The play is a family, not a coin

Each variation that is actually different — new rail, new class of mark, new way to fake a claim, new aftermath — opens the next reporting path. If it does not change what we would ask a person, it is not a variation. It is a costume.

01

The rail

Where fees are pointed. Same play, different identity pipes.

  • GitHub PDA mark

    DoneConf. High

Point Pump creator fees at any GitHub user. They never launched the coin.

Deployer calls createSocialFeePda keyed to a GitHub userId. Trades accrue. Official Medium guide tells outsiders how to claim. First-time claim is a public on-chain event.

Differs: The daily industrial version. Not Bags-as-essay. This is the volume.

    Ex. Lucipher / Flurry, 26 Aug 2026

    Next round

Sample 100 GitHub-routed Pump coins in a week. Hit rate of first-time social claims in 72h.

    Found in round 3

  • Get Bagged (productized)

    DoneConf. High

Bags shipped this as a feature: launch a coin on someone else's content without asking. They can claim dividends later.

Launcher routes up to ~90% of a 1% trade fee to an X/GitHub/Kick username. Up to 100 fee claimers per token. Claim via linked social. Marketing copy: “like creating a stock for a company without permission, but they still get dividends.”

Differs: Not a hack of a launchpad. The launchpad's pitch. Finn's product is the unsolicited routing.

Ex. $GAS / Yegge; Bags API changelog (100 claimers)

    Next round

Get Bags on the record about trademark/publicity. Confirm SPARK username-swap fee capture.

    Found in round 7

  • Bankr / Clanker handle redirect

    In progressConf. Medium

`bankr launch --fee @partner --fee-type x` routes fees to an X handle, ENS, or wallet at deploy.

Default beneficiary is the deployer. Redirect makes only the new address able to claim. Agent-native: bots can industrialize the ping.

Differs: Wallet-gated more than GitHub-gated. Easier to point at a person who never used crypto; harder to spoof a GitHub claim event.

Ex. Bankr CLI docs, fee-splitting pages

    Next round

One named Bankr mark this week who did not deploy the coin. Screenshot the --fee flag in the wild.

    Found in round 7

  • Launch-for-you middleman

    In progressConf. High

Socialify.fun: type any username on 19+ platforms. They deploy on Pump, escrow the creator fees, and wait for the mark to paste a claim code in their bio.

Email signup, custodial in-app Solana wallet, choose creator + platform, hit deploy. Socialify captures 100% of Pump dev fees into escrow, minus an unpublished “small service fee.” Claim code is shown to the deployer to forward. Backend scrapes the public bio (Telegram uses a bot instead). On match, Socialify generates a wallet for the creator and releases keys + fees. Deployer can reclaim unclaimed gifts at any time. No expiration.

Differs: The bagworker is a website, and the website is also the custodian. Pump GitHub PDAs can only be claimed by the GitHub user. Here the launcher keeps a clawback. Ambush is the documented product, not a side effect.

    Ex. socialify.fun — live 26 Aug 2026. Official $SOC J8WUkk…pump, ATH ~$9k 16 Apr, ~$28 on the curve now.

    Next round

Who is FJ3rPDt… / @SocialifySolana. Count deployed_tokens. Service-fee percent. One named mark who actually put a code in a bio.

    Found in round 7

  • Scout cut (Believe)

    OpenConf. Low

A third party launches a coin “for” a founder. Founder binds X and claims. Scout keeps a permanent fee share.

Believe's Launch Coin: 2% trade tax, founder ~1%, scout 0.1%, platform the rest (figures from 2025 coverage — re-verify). Claim by binding X.

Differs: The bagger is named in the economic design. Not harassment-to-claim; a finder's fee.

Ex. Believe / Launch Coin coverage (Odaily, Gate)

    Next round

Is Believe still routing this way in 2026? One named scout + founder pair, with consent status.

    Found in round 7

  • Spark: any TikTok or X creator

    DoneConf. High

sprk.gg: pick any TikTok or X creator, launch their coin on Pump, fees to a wallet only they can claim. Four days later the Vercel deploy was gone.

Wrapper on Pump. X claim: Sign in with X at sprk.gg/claim. TikTok claim: unique sprk.gg link in bio. TOS: “the named creator may claim the fee wallet by proving control of the named account.” Not affiliated with TikTok, X, or Pump. @sprkdotgg (joined ~17 Aug 2026) launched platform token $SPRK on 21–22 Aug, locked 9.6% for 10 years, then the site 404’d.

Differs: Same physics as Socialify, thinner phone book (TikTok + X), no proven clawback in the cached TOS. Dead as a live rail. The interesting fact is the lifespan: a launch-for-you wrapper that rugged its own product page after the platform coin printed.

Ex. $SPRK 3SDw6g…pump, ~$2.5k mcap 26 Aug. Cached coin pages named elonmusk, iamigbycat, Dr. Maddy, Smed.

    Next round

Do not lead with Spark. Archive TOS/privacy from the search index before it dies. One named TikTok claim if any coin survived the 404 — else the card stays a killed-rail log.

    Found in round 9

02

The mark

Who gets drafted. Stars, charities, celebrities, agents, orgs.

  • Charity as the mark

    In progressConf. High

Same DM script, moral halo. “Fees to your organization. Claim and shout out the community. Pump will match.”

Pump Charity Coins (Apr 2026) route creator fees through Donate.gg to verified nonprofits. Bagworkers then InMail/DM the charity for a public claim + endorsement. 24 Aug 2026: $SLEEP pitched to Lung Cancer Foundation of America with a matching-funds story.

Differs: The identity is a 501(c) not a GitHub nerd. Harder to call it a scam in the replies; easier to get a pressable thank-you tweet.

    Ex. @SolvigantWander → @lcfamerica, 24 Aug 2026; Rainforest Foundation US DMs, Jul 2026

    Next round

Ask LCFA and Rainforest whether they solicited the coins. Follow donate.gg's take and whether matching is real. One reconstructed charity-coin P&L.

    Found in round 7

  • Non-dev celebrity mark

    In progressConf. High

You do not need a starred repo. You need a googable person who can be made to try to claim.

Same GitHub PDA, pointed at a public figure who happens to have a GitHub (or is told to make one). Outreach is public @-replies, not just InMail.

Differs: Audience is retail who follow the person, not OSS Twitter. Claim failure is itself content.

Ex. Brian Roemmele (~486k) pinged 25 Aug 2026 by @Robinhood_BRO: “sending to ur github” / “Not working. It won’t let me claim it.”

    Next round

Does Roemmele have a real GitHub that can receive a social PDA? Was the mint even configured to him? Follow 48h.

    Found in round 7

  • Org / company as sink (funds brick)

    OpenConf. Medium

Pump social PDAs do not support GitHub Organizations. Fees pointed at an org can be lost.

pump-sdk: initialize social fee PDA; orgs unsupported; wrong platform value can ban the coin.

Differs: The play can destroy the money it pretends to gift.

    Ex. pump-sdk GitHub recipient notes

    Next round

One named org-routed coin with a stuck vault. Amount.

    Found in round 3

  • Agent claims the fees

    OpenConf. Low

The “dev” is a Claude/agent with a fake GitHub that can sign in and sweep.

Trenches lore, 23 Aug 2026: $L&M — “rogue Claude agent made a fake GitHub… claimed the fees by itself… first coin claimed by 2 agents.” Treat as field rumor until the GitHubs and claim txs are in the binder.

Differs: Removes the human mark. The claim event still prints; nobody to interview except the operator behind the agent.

    Ex. $L&M 5KU8PhP…pump (unverified lore)

    Next round

Pull the two GitHubs, the claim txs, and whether they are humans roleplaying agents. Do not treat “AI claimed it” as fact until then.

    Found in round 7

  • The phone book of prior claimers

    In progressConf. High

Once someone claims, the next desk points a new coin at the same GitHub because conversion is proven.

Watch Bags/Pump claim UIs and first-time social claims. Re-route a fresh mint at that GitHub. Cite the old claim in the ping (“he knows crypto”).

Differs: Targeting is no longer “starred repo.” It is a CRM of people who already touched the money.

Ex. Carsen Klock / mactop, Jun 2026: claimed Bags, then DvdkSX9…pump aimed at github.com/metaspartan

    Next round

Cross Yegge, Huntley, Klock, Lucipher against later Pump GitHub PDAs in their names.

    Found in round 9

03

The claim event

How a blessing is manufactured — honest ping, spoof, impersonation, auto-claim.

  • Paid LinkedIn InMail

    DoneConf. High

Outreach left reply-guy Telegram and bought LinkedIn's paid inbox.

Find the mark's employer LinkedIn. Pay for InMail. Script: we made a coin for your project, fees to your GitHub, peer already cashed, it's free money / you should bond it.

Differs: Cost of acquisition is now a LinkedIn invoice. Shows a desk, not a hobby.

    Ex. Lucipher, 26 Aug 2026

    Next round

How many InMails per successful claim? Ask one bagworker their CAC.

    Found in round 4

  • Peer already cashed

    In progressConf. High

The DM always names a prior mark and a dollar figure.

Yegge was told Huntley took $56k. Later scripts recycle whatever number is on a Bags UI that week.

Differs: Conversion tech, not chain tech. Without a closer, the mark ignores the ping.

Ex. Yegge LinkedIn ping citing Huntley

    Next round

Collect 8 anonymized DM/InMail templates. Cluster the numbers they cite.

    Found in round 2

  • Counterfeit claim transaction

    OpenConf. Low

Make dashboards show “the GitHub claimed” without the person touching a wallet.

Researchers (Feb 2026) described create_fee_sharing_config + a claim-looking tx with zero lamports so explorers/UIs print endorsement.

Differs: The honest play still needs the mark. This forges the central visual — a claim that never happened.

    Ex. @0xstrawberrylad, 19 Feb 2026

    Next round

Re-read the txs. Pump on-record. How many coins. Do current explorers still display it as a real claim?

    Found in round 5

  • Steal the name, claim yourself

    In progressConf. Medium

Don't point fees at the real person. Become them on GitHub, backdate commits, launch, claim.

@OnchainCop, 25 Aug 2026: find an employee with no public git → change your GitHub to his name → backdated commits → launch coin → claim fees → “OMG its real.” Adjacent: Shaw (elizaOS) says people faked his commits and said he was launching coins.

Differs: Identity theft, not unsolicited gift. The mark may never see a claim UI. Retail sees a GitHub that looks like the employee.

    Ex. @OnchainCop 25 Aug 2026; Shaw 22 Aug 2026

    Next round

One reconstructed impersonation: GitHub account creation date vs commit dates vs coin launch. Name the employee if they will talk.

    Found in round 7

  • Organic-bagging theater

    OpenConf. Unverified

The “mark” is in on it. The unsolicited story is the marketing.

Deploy from a burner, route fees to the KOL's handle, have the KOL “discover” the coin and claim on camera.

Differs: Looks identical to the honest play on-chain. Only interviews split them. If we cannot tell, we must say so.

    Next round

A tell: deployer wallet funded from the mark; or the mark's inner circle launched it. Need one proven case.

    Found in round 7

  • Holders, claim your MFT

    In progressConf. High

Same verb as the GitHub fee claim. Different mark: retail holders. The official how-to is a tracking device; the drainers already pasted it.

During a migrate.fun window, holders are told: connect wallet, deposit the old token, “claim MFT” (Migratefun Token) on Solana, come back in ~14 days, redeem for the relaunch. Catcoin (19 Aug 2026): official @MigrateFun video — SOL is one tx; BNB needs both wallets then “claim MFT.” BOBO (Apr 2026): 69000:1 MFT, “When claiming BOBO MFTs… ensure you have at least 0.01 SOL.” Official copy is a how-to. Unofficial copy is a DM.

Differs: The GitHub-PDA play hunts a celebrity into blessing a coin. This hunts a holder base into moving supply. Unmigrated bags are the prize. The claim UI is a second “claim” photograph, aimed at holders.

    Ex. @MigrateFun Catcoin how-to, 19 Aug 2026; BOBO claim thread, 20 Apr 2026

    Next round

One week of public “claim MFT” / migrate.fun/claim/ / migrate.fun/migrate/ pastes. Tabulate project, window, whether official or impersonator.

    Found in round 11

  • Fake Claim-Pad support

    In progressConf. High

The how-to says claim. A cloud of @MigrateFunCTO accounts then DMs: follow back, we’ll walk you through the Claim-Pad.

During live windows (Catcoin this week; BOBO in April), lookalike accounts — @MigrateFunCTO, @MigrateFun_CTO, @Migratefun_DEX, @Dev__migratefun, “KAREN-Migrate.Fun” — reply to confused holders: “You’ve to claim your tokens directly from migratefun Claim-Pad. Pls send a message for step by step.” Variant: “manually synchronize your wallet with the contract deployer.” Holders already know the shape: 22 Aug 2026 @Ovickyoung: “I entered the application you shared… you are the scammer.” Pump’s own CTO thread (Jul 2025) closed with the same fear: “Any links posted beyond this point are not from pump fun and could be a scam.”

Differs: Not identity theft of a GitHub employee. It is impersonation of the claim desk itself. The victim is a holder obeying an official instruction. Adjacent to GitHub-notification phishing — same phone book physics, different payload (drainer, not fee PDA). Separate them in the map.

Ex. @MigrateFun_CTO replies under Catcoin, 21–25 Aug 2026

    Next round

Round 14 clustered the lookalikes (recycled pre-2015 IDs + costume names) and named three holders. Still need one confirmed drain and whether official @MigrateFun ever names the fakes. Watch BNB LP pull through 7 Sep.

    Found in round 11

  • Paste this in your bio

    In progressConf. High

Verification is a public bio edit. The scraper is the claim. The bio is the press release.

Socialify: unique claim code into TikTok/X/GitHub/Pornhub/etc. bio; backend scrapes until it hits. Spark (dead): sprk.gg/<code> in a TikTok bio, or Sign in with X. Unlike Pump’s GitHub OAuth (in-app), this is a public status change anyone can screenshot.

Differs: The claiming guide’s “make a public statement” is now a platform requirement. Track bios, not just tweets.

Ex. Socialify CTA: “I've Added It — Verify Now.” Spark: sprk.gg unique link.

    Next round

Search live bios for socialify/sprk claim codes. One named mark who actually edited. That is the conversion photograph.

    Found in round 12

04

Aftermath

What the claim (or the refusal) is used for.

  • Spend the gift to bond the chart

    In progressConf. High

After claiming, the mark is asked to recycle fees into the curve “to make degens money.”

Lucipher: first Pump trade of his life; “felt it was only right to use all the fees to get it to hopefully bond.”

Differs: The claim is not the exit. It is working capital for the bagworkers' inventory.

    Ex. Flurry / Lucipher

    Next round

Did Flurry bond? Who bought the bonding flow? Deployer residual.

    Found in round 4

  • You're the dev now

    DoneConf. High

Claim, then inherit blame, support tickets, and “rug” accusations for a coin you did not launch.

@NotSoEasyMoney: assign fees to someone who never wanted a coin → beg them to claim → attack them as the responsible dev.

Differs: The social violence is the product. It produces more posts, which produce more candles.

    Ex. @NotSoEasyMoney, 17 Jan 2026

    Next round

One mark who claimed and then got dogpiled. Archive the replies.

    Found in round 5

  • Public refusal

    DoneConf. High

The mark says no, out loud, and still gets hunted.

Peter Steinberger (Clawdbot/OpenClaw), 27 Jan 2026: “I will never do a coin. Any project that lists me as coin owner is a SCAM. No, I will not accept fees.” ~388k views. Discord later banned crypto talk after a ~$16M fake token scare.

Differs: This is the reader's surrogate. Magazines need the person who did not take the money.

    Ex. @steipete, 27 Jan 2026

    Next round

Interview Steinberger. Which coins listed him. What “accept fees” was pointed at. Did any still pump on the denial tweet?

    Found in round 8

  • Claim, then give it back

    In progressConf. High

A builder treats the unsolicited token as stolen reputation, traces fee-payers, refunds them.

Gajesh / Sovra, 21 Feb 2026, Base: “we did not launch a token… we sure as hell aren't keeping it.” Emergency upgrade refunded $17k across 545 wallets. “This is the third time this month.” Names CONWAY/Sigil (~$12M) and Steinberger as the same structural problem.

Differs: The only case so far where the mark used engineering to unwind the casino. Also proof the play is not Solana-only.

    Ex. @gajesh, 21 Feb 2026; refund 0x5a27caac…

    Next round

Verify the refund tx. Which launchpad on Base. Identity of the deployer. Interview Gajesh. Reconstruct CONWAY/Sigil.

    Found in round 8

  • The claim UI fails

    In progressConf. Medium

Public figure tries to claim, cannot, and that failure is posted as more attention.

Roemmele: “Not working. It won’t let me claim it.” Bagworker replies with a new mint “to ur github.” A second account asks to send to https://github.com/BrianRoemmele.

Differs: Even a failed claim is a candle if the person is famous enough.

    Ex. Roemmele / Be7DADB…pump, 25 Aug 2026

    Next round

Why it failed (org vs user, wrong platform, spoof config). Did a later mint work?

    Found in round 7

  • Vamping the destination

    In progressConf. Medium

Fee recipient is the trust signal. Change it after traction.

Point fees at a trusted wallet or identity, then yank them. Pump later capped post-launch recipient changes to one.

Differs: Same primitive, used by the deployer against holders rather than against a mark.

Ex. crypto.news, 25 Mar 2026; Alon policy change

    Next round

One named vamp with before/after recipient wallets.

    Found in round 5

  • Community takeover of fees

    In progressConf. High

When the “dev” vanishes, holders lobby Pump to reroute fees — sometimes to a charity, sometimes to themselves.

Jul 2025: Pump ships “Creator Fees for Community Takeovers.” Eligible if still on the curve or PumpSwap (pre-Mar 20 2025 Raydium coins are out — Pump no longer controls the contract). Applicant must show “indisputable proof that the community wouldn’t survive without the CTO lead.” Conflicts: fees stay put; Pump “won’t be intervening in disputes.” Form + email from [email protected] only. Jan 2026: CTO admins can split fees across up to 10 wallets, transfer ownership, revoke update authority.

Differs: The fee sink becomes a political office you apply for. Claim pressure moves from the original mark to whoever Pump will recognize. Fake CTOs were anticipated: the announcement thread ends “any links posted beyond this point are not from pump fun and could be a scam.”

Ex. @Pumpfun, 18 Jul 2025, 1.2M views; form via [email protected]

    Next round

One named successful CTO fee redirect (wallet before/after). One denied application. Is the form still live in Aug 2026 or did fee-sharing (10 wallets) replace it?

    Found in round 7

  • Username swap captures cashflow

    OpenConf. Low

If fees attach to a string, squatting the string is theft of a stream.

Bags fee claimers identified by social provider + username. Reported SPARK-style Twitter username reuse capturing another coin's fees — still unverified here.

Differs: No outreach to a mark. You become the mark.

    Next round

The SPARK username swap on Bags — verify on-chain and with Bags support logs. Do not confuse with sprk.gg (killed TikTok wrapper).

    Found in round 5

  • 1% and a smile

    In progressConf. High

The mark stays. They were handed a sliver of supply, not the fee stream. Months later they migrate the coin so they can finally take the cashflow.

Unsolicited Pump launch on someone’s work or name. Instead of a GitHub PDA (this predates that product), the mark is given ~1% of supply and invited to be the face. They CTO. Volume happens on a contract they do not control. Later they migrate (Migrate.fun / Bonk Fun / similar) to a rail where trading fees go to the team. Project89 named @MigrateFun in the 19 Aug 2025 “Operation: Liberation” thread: “And yes — @MigrateFun is safe.”

Differs: Opposite of Steinberger (public no) and Gajesh (refund). Not a claim-as-pump. The blessing is staying. The money is delayed until they capture the contract. Migrate.fun is the industrial on-ramp for this aftermath.

    Ex. Project 89 / Parzival, Oct 2024 → Oct 2025 migration

    Next round

On-chain 1% transfer. Original deployer. Two more stay-and-migrate CTOs so this is a pattern, not a lore. Interview Parzival.

    Found in round 10

  • Reclaimable gift

    In progressConf. High

The “gift” of fees sits in the middleman’s escrow. If the mark never claims, the deployer takes it back.

Socialify FAQ: “The fees stay in escrow until claimed. There is no expiration — the creator can claim at any time. You can also reclaim unclaimed gifts from your dashboard.” Docs: “Verification is retried periodically until successful or the fees are reclaimed.” The mark is a costume the bagworker can undress.

Differs: Pump GitHub PDAs are keyed to the mark. Bags royalties attach to the handle. Here the launcher keeps optionality. Treating Socialify coins as donations is wrong — they are loans against a bio edit.

Ex. Socialify dashboard copy, live 26 Aug 2026

    Next round

One reclaim tx. Service-fee percent. Does any other wrapper (Spark cached TOS did not) keep a clawback?

05

The desk

Tooling that turns a stunt into a shift.

  • Claim as a trading signal

    DoneConf. High

Telegram bots watch first-time GitHub claims in real time. Snipers treat the instruction as a candle.

nirholas/pumpfun-claims-bot: reverse-map social fee PDAs to mints, feed claims, score credibility, flag zero-lamport fakes.

Differs: Proves an industry exists around the exact second a mark blesses a coin.

    Ex. github.com/nirholas/pumpfun-claims-bot

    Next round

How many subscribers. PnL of trading the feed. Talk to the maintainer.

  • Platform claiming guides

    DoneConf. High

Pump published a guide for people who did not launch the coin. Claiming “signals potential interest.”

Feb 2026 Medium post, addressed to people who did not launch the coin. Tells them claiming “signals to a community that you have acknowledged the token and may engage with it.” Instructs a public statement after the claim, buying supply, staying active, using fees for marketing, claiming only one “canonical” token, and contacting Intercom who “may connect you with an affiliate.” Bagworkers paste the URL instead of writing a pitch.

Differs: Not a leak. The platform published the conversion script and the post-claim press release. Every instruction is a search query.

Ex. Pump.fun GitHub Creator Fee claiming guide

    Next round

Lawyer read on “signals interest.” One-week sample of every public paste of that URL. Ask two marks if Intercom introduced an affiliate.

  • CTO via migrate.fun

    In progressConf. High

A third party productizes the takeover: unlock the LP, keep the unmigrated supply, relaunch where the new “team” earns trading fees. Sold as full transparency.

Migrate.fun (migrate.fun) is a Solana/EVM token-migration desk. Pitch to CTOs and abandoned-dev coins: vault old tokens → mint MFT receipts → after a window, redeem for a new contract (often a Pump relaunch) whose trading fees go to the applicants. Unmigrated tokens become team treasury. Platform take: ~3% of reclaimed SOL. Gold X-check if the account matches a paid DEX; blue check “reserved for CTO and individual set ups.” Self-report: “close to 15 teams migrate from Believe to Pump” plus “many CTO projects.” Homepage: “Helping communities migrate Over $20M in liquidity.” Field voice (unsourced permalink this round): “They migrated / CTO via my platform migrate.fun for full transparency.”

Differs: Not Pump’s [email protected] form (fees stay on the old mint). This burns the old mint’s holder set and reprints it. The attention event is the migration itself — a second claim, aimed at holders. The economic tell is unmigrated supply, not a GitHub PDA.

Ex. HUSTLE (first cohort, Jul 2025); Catcoin dual SOL+BNB → Pump, Aug 2026; Project89 named them as the rail

    Next round

Who runs it (Jake Gallen / @MigrateFun). One reconstructed P&L: % migrated vs % that became treasury. Is the $20M independent? Interview a holder who did not migrate in time.
