Same play, more rails
Do not bias the story to Bags. Bags branded it. Pump.fun, after GitHub fee sharing, is the daily volume. Bankr is the EVM cousin. Migrate.fun productizes the CTO as a second claim. Socialify is the live launch-for-you website — ambush, then a bio claim code, then a clawback if the mark never shows. Spark (sprk.gg) is dead: keep the case, kill the rail. Charity coins and Believe change the costume, not the physics.
Pump.fun
Solana
- Mechanic
- Creator fees on curve and PumpSwap. Jan 2026: split across up to 10 wallets, transferable ownership. Feb 2026: GitHub social fee PDA — allocate to any GitHub user. Official claiming guide for people who did not launch the coin.
- Consent
- Launch does not require the GitHub user’s consent. Claim requires that user (or a spoof of the appearance of a claim).
- Money
- Creator share has ranged 0.05%–0.95% depending on era and market cap. Platform still takes the bulk of the 1%+ trade tax. Dune: millions per day in creator claims across all coins.
- Risk / tell
- Highest volume of daily bagworker DMs. GitHub orgs unsupported (funds can be bricked). Fee “vamping” later capped to one post-launch change.
Bags
Solana (+ Robinhood Chain)
- Mechanic
- Hardcoded ~1% royalty. Launcher routes a majority share to a social handle (X, GitHub, Kick). Claim is a status object — screenshots of claimed fees are the “claim meta.”
- Consent
- Explicitly designed so the recipient need not know at launch. Finn’s product copy celebrates that.
- Money
- Yegge/Huntley six-figure anecdotes. Platform advertises $21–31M+ creator earnings — unaudited for this desk.
- Risk / tell
- Handle-based ownership: reported cases of Twitter username reuse capturing another coin’s fees.
Bankr / Clanker / Doppler
Base (and related)
- Mechanic
- Agent-native launches. ~0.665% of volume to a fee beneficiary; beneficiary can be redirected. Claims via Bankr wallet or external wallet. Used to fund agents; also usable to point fees at a person.
- Consent
- Wallet-based more than GitHub-based. Still supports “fees to this address” narratives in replies.
- Money
- Smaller than Pump; relevant as the EVM clone of the same incentive.
- Risk / tell
- Agent docs encourage deploy-and-claim loops. Easy to industrialize with bots. Still missing a named 2026 mark.
Socialify
LiveSolana (via Pump.fun)
Operator Unnamed. GPT-Engineer / Lovable SPA behind Cloudflare. Domain registered 19 Mar 2026, GoDaddy. Official $SOC creator FJ3rPDt…ZVJVX (0 SOL as of 26 Aug). JS twitter:site @Socialify; coin metadata @SocialifySolana (no posts found). No contact email.
- Mechanic
- Launch-for-you website. Sign up with email, fund a custodial in-app wallet, type any creator username on 19+ platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, GitHub, Twitch, Kick, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Spotify, Steam, Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads, Rumble, Truth Social, Pornhub). Socialify deploys on Pump, captures 100% of creator fees into escrow, minus an unpublished “small service fee.” Unique claim code is shown to the deployer to forward. Backend scrapes the public bio (Telegram: bot). On match, Socialify generates a Solana wallet for the creator and releases the key + fees.
- Consent
- Ambush. The creator does not opt in before launch. FAQ: “redirect those fees to the social media creator the coin is based on.” Claim is a public bio edit after the fact. If they never claim, the deployer reclaims the “gift” from the dashboard. No expiration.
- Money
- Official $SOC (J8WUkk…pump) launched 16 Apr 2026 20:06 UTC, ATH ~$8,992 three minutes later. 26 Aug USD mcap ~$2.7k (Pump usd_market_cap). Wrapper volume unknown — inventory is login-gated. Service-fee percent unpublished. Creator wallet 0 SOL.
- Risk / tell
- Custodian in the middle. Private keys generated server-side “encrypted before storage.” Clawback means the mark is a costume. Do not treat these coins as donations. Count live coins and name one bio paste before treating the wrapper as a factory.
Believe / Launch Coin
Solana
- Mechanic
- Social-first launch. Coverage describes a scout who launches “for” a founder, founder claims by binding X, scout keeps a permanent slice of the 2% trade tax.
- Consent
- Closer to finder's-fee than ambush — but only if the founder actually agreed. Confirm 2026 status; 2025 figures may be stale.
- Money
- 2025 coverage: $2.5M creator fees in two days at peak — treat as historical, not current.
- Risk / tell
- If dead, kill this card. If alive, it is the consensual cousin that bagworkers will cite as cover.
Pump Charity Coins / Donate.gg
Solana
- Mechanic
- Apr 2026: creator-fee portion routed to Donate.gg for verified nonprofits. Alon said Pump-related entities would match. Trades like a normal coin; donation is the narrative.
- Consent
- Nonprofit need not know at launch. Then comes the DM: claim, shout out, matching funds. Same hunt, halo attached.
- Money
- Donate.gg coverage claims millions to charity via the integration — unaudited here. $SLEEP pitch to LCFA cited ~$1.9k plus a match story.
- Risk / tell
- Charity thank-you tweets become endorsement. Tax, KYC, and whether matching happened are all open.
Spark (sprk.gg)
KilledSolana (via Pump.fun)
Operator Unnamed. @sprkdotgg, joined ~17 Aug 2026, ~116 followers. Contact on cached docs: [email protected], [email protected]. Hosted on Vercel until the deploy vanished.
- Mechanic
- Was: pick any TikTok or X creator, launch their coin on Pump, fees to a wallet only they can claim. X: Sign in with X at /claim. TikTok: unique sprk.gg link in bio. TOS: “the named creator may claim the fee wallet by proving control of the named account.” Not affiliated with TikTok, X, or Pump. 26 Aug 2026: every path returns Vercel DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND.
- Consent
- Ambush, then opt-in claim. Same physics as Get Bagged / Socialify, thinner phone book. No reclaim language in the remaining TOS snippets.
- Money
- Platform coin $SPRK (3SDw6g…pump) launched 21–22 Aug (“locked 9.6% of the supply for 10 years”). Dexscreener 26 Aug: ~$2.5k mcap, ~$2.6k liquidity, $9/24h. Cached coin pages named elonmusk, iamigbycat, Dr. Maddy, Smed, $STARTED, $ELON.
- Risk / tell
- Killed as a live rail. Keep the log: a four-day wrapper that rugged its own product page after the platform coin printed. Do not treat Spark as a live factory. Archive TOS/privacy from the search index before it dies.
Migrate.fun
Solana, Ethereum, BNB (receipts on Solana)
- Mechanic
- Token-migration desk. Vault the old mint, issue MFT receipts, after a window redeem a new contract (often a Pump relaunch) whose trading fees go to the applicants. Gold X-check if the project account matches a paid DEX; blue check “reserved for CTO and individual set ups.” Powered by $EMBLEM / Emblem Vault. DMs open for any “situation, team, liquidity, or chain.”
- Consent
- CTO leads and “official teams” set up the window (X-auth required since Jun 2026). Holders must opt in by depositing. Silent holders are the residual: unmigrated supply is pitched as treasury. That is consent theater with a default confiscation.
- Money
- Homepage: “Over $20M in liquidity” — unaudited. Platform fee ~3% of reclaimed SOL (Project89 FAQ). HUSTLE: 869 SOL unlocked, 23% of new supply to team (self-report). Catcoin mig221 26 Aug: 30.61% of 1B CAT deposited (306.1M), 50M CAT = 1 MFT, window listed to ~7 Sep. Remaining 69.4% is not treasury until close.
- Risk / tell
- The how-to is a hunting license. Impersonators sit on recycled pre-2015 handles and costume names in the same replies as the official warning. Unmigrated capture can be a quiet rug dressed as transparency. Do not treat remaining as captured while the clock runs. Interview the team before treating the $20M as a number.
